One 2 Think aims to empower children and youth in Bangladesh through life SKILLs.

2026 - pilot project

The analysis of existing studies (secondary data) made us confident that our life skills approach can have a lasting impact. Therefore, in 2019, we decided to collect primary data ourselves to validate the relevance of our strategy and get an in-depth idea of the needs in terms of life skills in Dhaka, Bangladesh. During the months of July and August 2019, we went to 10 primary schools of different types in Dhaka (non-formal, NGO run, private and government public schools) to collect data.

Early 2020, we finalized the data analysis and captured which are the priority life skills and in which areas of application, according to the beneficiaries (students), teachers and guardians. The research findings (report available below) enable us to target our actions as much as possible and develop a relevant strategy for the pilot project.

After a Covid break, One 2 Think is proud to finally launch its 2026 Pilot Project, which marks a new chapter in our journey through the field implementation of our custom-designed educational activities focused on cognitive, interpersonal and personal skills.

The 2026 Pilot is made possible through partnerships with local schools and organizations, that are guided by a shared commitment to youth education and empowerment.

Together, we aim to:

  • Test and improve life skills activities with learners,

  • Receive valuable feedback from the field

  • Build strong relationships with teachers and facilitators,

  • And co-create a sustainable model for long-term impact.
